Idealized as a mean of overcoming the cultural practices merely of consumption and utilitarian, the School Show Project pretends to contribute for the expansion of opportunities for integration of young people in cultural development, conveying their artistic manifestations, and at the same time, promoting their capacity for inclusion in labor market in the cultural economy, with priority for excluded groups in apparent vulnerability.
In this scenario, the Ministry of Culture has given special attention to the promotion of culture as a mean of social inclusion and consolidation of citizenship, offering tax incentives to investors who support initiatives that promote the development, conveying and preservation of artistic heritage, history and culture of Brazil.
The project is being developed for six years in its first phase, having been promoted more than 200 actions in public and private schools of the Federal District and Goiás. orn of the criticism of its founder's experiences as a producer with several cultural events in those over 15 years in the profession.
Promote the creation of supportive environments for dissemination, integration and experimentation of the artistic languages and cultural events inside the public schools and private primary, secondary and higher education, promoting the training of its actors as entrepreneurs who are able to manage their creations, solidifying the integration with their communities and the cultural labor market.
1. Disseminate and encourage the creative process in art and culture
2. Promote the integration of artists
3. Empower social actors
4. Promote discussion between cultural creators and young people
5. Integrating young people from various educational units
The project is being performed at its first phase six years in the Federal District, being confined to regions of micro satellite cities, including the following cities: Ceilândia, Taguatinga, Gama, Planaltina, São Sebastião and Formosa - GO.
Coverage of the project due to the fact that the Federal District region and satellite cities are having a large number of unemployed young people in social exclusion and hardship insertion by the lack of qualification and the lack of opportunities.
THE SENSITIVITY AND KNOWLEDGE
The Project has different modules that are complementary but also work individually, but always converge to the same point, the development of perception, interpretation of feelings, reflection and growth.
The project not only exposes the art, but explains, discusses and teaches how to interpret the photography, cinema, arts and music help to understand the history, literature, physics, biology, and geography.
When the object of study is the picture most of the relevant literature is focused on "how to" shoot and not "why" shoot. Here we are concerned with reflection, not the technique. Shooting is to witness, requires involvement. Develops critical thinking, reflection and leads to a possible transformation of perception. Within our cultural project we show the photograph of two angles, the practical, through exhibitions, and technical and philosophical by lectures with photographers. We discussed photography with art, as social and historical documentation as the exercise of social perception. Always within a modern dynamic that makes it interesting to young people.
Cinema is the language that characterized the twentieth century and the most responsible for cultural globalization. But not all that cinema is art and is productive. Teaching philosophical analysis through films aims to create a critical awareness of our time and our culture in young people as well as the widespread awareness of contemporary moral, values and precepts. It is also important to remember the importance of cinema as a tool to strengthen the culture of the people...Displaying movies, discussing the language and the values shown, forming thoughts.
FINE ARTS AND HISTORY
Drawing a parallel between art and history, we try to understand the perception of the artist who participates as an observer of the event and gives it his interpretation, we note that the student with artistic abstraction can sometimes be more reliable than conventional historical picture itself. Learning history through art, not only knowledge as fixed exercise its power of abstraction, reflection and development of the idea itself. Understanding how the man interprets the events throughout history and as reports in context, helps adolescents to develop their sense of trial.
Make the teenager to realize that music is much more than entertainment and one of the tools of abstraction and the most important mean of communication that exist. Through it we can sometimes explain the unexplainable, translate feelings, moments and livings. Understand music as a tool not only of expression but of cultural change. In globalization times of the music is the glue that binds a culture of people. Either the concerts or the lectures and discussions have shown how music has been important to keep alive the Brazilian culture in each region, characteristics reveal through song the story of a people. Forró in the northeast, the sertanejo in the Midwest, the samba in the southeast. Each with its own characteristics, all with the same values. Music is the flagship of this project, for closest to the delays of all-day, has less resistance and easy opening of the artistic spirit of teenagers.
